Here is what drives me batty about some ClickBank vendors.
A) I make a sale for a CB vendor with a recurring product and the second month comes and suddenly they have 5% rebill rate. I drop them immediately. Keep a consistent rate. Otherwise, affiliates will ditch you. Or at least keep the rebill rate fairly consistent to the original sale.
B) If you’re a vendor (especially important for new ClickBank vendors who have an uphill battle to attract affiliates) you should be paying 40% to 75%. You’re missing out on a huge opportunity. You won’t attract many affiliates unless they really love your niche and think they can succeed. However, every niche is getting more and more crowded (especially dieting, weight loss, bodybuilding). You can’t afford NOT to pay affiliates higher percentages. They’ll be out there working on your product’s behalf.
Maybe you’re a ClickBank vendor with your own traffic sources and are simply using CB for credit card processing. Even then, you should not ignore the 100,000 active ClickBank affiliates that could be bringing you sales.

I encourage ClickBank affiliates to contact ClickBank vendors and personally tell them to increase their payout rates. You can even reference this blog entry. Encourage them to at least pay 40%. If enough of us do it, everbody wins (including the vendor).
